The boat mooring in the SW bay. The walk-in, from the parking near Rhicarn on the B869, is stunning and worth every uphill stride on the good track. (the fishing needed a wee breeze!)

One of many small lochans in Assynt. This one lies next to the B869 from Lochinver to Clachtoll, Drumbeg and, eventually, Kylesku. An interesting drive on a single track road; don't take your caravan!
